Lindsay J. Franks

Lindsay Franks is a business development associate for The Brink Group of Specialty Sales.

Ms. Franks is a former Safety Engineering Manager with Intertek, a leading provider of safety and quality solutions for many of the world's leading companies and brands.  

Ms. Franks led all business development efforts related to risk assessment solutions for companies manufacturing consumer products of all categories. Ms. Franks has extensive experience managing technical teams consisting of researchers, engineers, and scientists. 

Ms. Franks holds a Masters degree in Child Development from The Erikson Institute and a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University.    Ms. Franks and her husband, Jeromy, have two children, Reece and Brooks. An avid runner, Ms. Franks has completed multiple half and full marathons.

Steve J. Janci

Steve Janci is the former Vice President of Industrial Sales with ComEd, (Exelon) one of the largest providers of electrical generation and transmission and distribution services. Prior to ComEd he was Regional Sales Manager for Cutler-Hammer with responsibility for the six state upper Midwest market. Prior to the acquisition by Cutler-Hammer, Mr. Janci held numerous sales and marketing management positions with Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Mr. Janci’s successes include the development of innovative approaches to increasing market share and manufacturer presence within the marketplace. He was instrumental in the formation and growth of a strong distribution channel to the OEM and user markets.

Mr. Janci was awarded a B. S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Stuart School at the Illinois Institute of Technology. His professional memberships include IEEE, Society of Automotive Engineers, and the Spring Manufacturers Institute. He currently resides in St. Charles, IL with his wife Kathy. They, along with their three daughters, enjoy running, biking and outdoor sports.
